Terms of Use
Who may use this site
Heat Parties is for adults aged 21 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you meet that age, that the date of birth you give us is truthful, and that adult material will not offend you. We may ask for photo identification at the door, and we may refuse entry or close an account where the age given here does not match it.
Your account
Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Keep the details on it accurate — we use them to know who is coming to an event and to reach you about it.
House rules
Everyone who attends agrees to our house rules, which you can read on the About our Parties page. They form part of these terms. The rules may change as the community grows, and the version published there is the one that applies.
Events, donations and prepayment
An RSVP tells us you intend to come. It is not a ticket and it does not guarantee entry: space is limited, our events are curated, and we may decline entry at our discretion. Where a prepayment link is offered, payment is taken by an outside payment provider under their own terms — we do not receive or store your card details. Prepayment secures your place at the price shown; it does not override our right to refuse entry, and it is not transferable to another person without our agreement.
Refunds are handled case by case. If we cancel an event, prepayments for that event are refunded. If you cannot attend, tell us as early as you can and we will do what we reasonably can.
Privacy of other members
Discretion is the condition of membership. Do not photograph or record anyone at an event, and do not identify, describe or discuss who you saw there — here, elsewhere online, or in person. This obligation continues after you stop using the site. Breaking it is grounds for immediate and permanent removal.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend or close an account, and refuse entry to events, where someone breaks the house rules or these terms, or where we judge it necessary for the safety or comfort of other guests. We keep a record of the decision and the reason for it. Where a suspension is investigated we will normally share the outcome with the person concerned. Decisions about removal rest with the party organizers.
Conduct and risk at events
Our events are social gatherings between consenting adults. You are responsible for your own choices, your own limits and your own safety, and for respecting other people. We provide a hosted space, basic first aid, and organizers who will step in, but we cannot supervise every interaction and we do not accept responsibility for the conduct of other guests. Attend at your own risk.
The site itself
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. Content on it, including images and video, belongs to Heat Parties or to the people who supplied it, and may not be copied or reposted. We may change these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

What we collect
We keep only what running the club requires:
- Your account. Username, display name, email address, date of birth, and a securely hashed password. We record when you confirmed your age.
- Membership. Your VIP tier and when it expires, and your account standing — active, suspended or removed.
- Events. Which parties you RSVP to, the donation type you chose, any note you add, whether you told us you also RSVP’d on FetLife, and whether and when you were checked in at the door.
- Support and reports. Messages you send us and our replies. If you report a problem with another member, that report and its outcome are kept, including who reviewed it.
- Moderation. Any suspension or removal, the reason given, and who decided it.
- Images. Photographs and video published in the gallery, which are uploaded by staff rather than by members.
We do not collect payment card details. Where prepayment is offered, the payment happens on the provider’s own site under their privacy policy.
Why we keep it
To confirm you are old enough to attend, to know who is expected at an event and let you in at the door, to answer your messages, to keep events safe by acting on reports, and to run VIP membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
The site sets a small number of cookies and no advertising or analytics
trackers. A session cookie keeps you signed in. A cookie named
hp_age_ok records that you confirmed your age, and lasts
thirty days so you are not asked on every visit. A security cookie
protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
Who can see it
Your account details, RSVPs and support messages are visible to Heat Parties staff, whose access is limited by role. Other members cannot see your email address, date of birth, RSVP history or support messages. We share information outside the club only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
For as long as you hold an account, and afterwards only where we have a reason to — a record of a removal, for instance, so that a banned account is not simply recreated. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your profile and RSVP history.
Your choices
You can view and change your details from your account page, and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, for a correction, or for deletion. Write to [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can. Deleting your account means you will no longer be able to RSVP or attend.
Keeping it safe
Passwords are stored hashed and never in a form we can read. The site is served over an encrypted connection, and staff access is limited by role so that no more people than necessary can see your details. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Age Restriction
This site and all Heat Parties events are strictly for adults 21 and over. There are no exceptions, and valid photo identification may be required at the door.
